Option 2: Executive 1-2-1 Online Programme

1–2–1 Remote Coaching


Performance without geographical limitation.

Delivered live from our private studio, this programme provides the same depth of coaching and progression as our in-person training — adapted seamlessly to your environment.

We curate a simple, refined home setup (equipment typically from £120), requiring minimal space and no permanent installation. 

Excellence does not require excess — only intelligent structure.

Option 3: MLP Group Training Camp (Chiswick)

Our live 45-minute sessions, delivered three times per week, focus on the foundational pillars of strength, mobility, balance, and durability. This is a structured and intelligent system — not random workouts.

Participants may require our recommended starter kit if suitable equipment is not already available at home.
